With gentle humour, the work imagines Anna’s hummingbirds as temporary arrivals — tiny travellers granted short-term residence on the Capricorn Coast, enlisted as unlikely crop pollination specialists. Their hovering movement and vibrant colour bring a sense of lightness and curiosity to the composition.
